Designed for modern living, the rental comes fully equipped with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen featuring a microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher, dishes, and utensils. All premium linens are provided for your convenience.

Final booking totals will include a twelve percent Florida lodging tax, a cleaning fee, and a reservation fee. A three percent credit card fee applies to all payments made by card; however, you are welcome to pay by check to waive this additional charge.
