There is a breakfast bar for quick bites and a dining table for sit down meals. This delightful end unit is private, close to amenities and located in a gated community. Amenities: Resort style pool, Exercise room,tennis courts, gated community. Subject to Condo Association approval requires application and $100 non-refundable fee per couple or adult occupant. Please include 12% tax, cleaning and resevation fee HOA requires background check and pre-approval.

Extras: WIFI and Cable TV, Private Gas Grill, $250 cap on the electric per month
