The Ultimate Beach House - Gulf-Front Getaway on Palm Island Experience Old Florida charm at The Ultimate Beach House, a beautifully maintained 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front home that sleeps up to 5 guests and welcomes pets with breed approval (pet fee $150 per pet). Enjoy breathtaking sunsets, hardwood floors, and panoramic Gulf views from nearly every window. This fully functional island retreat features an open floor plan, WiFi, air-conditioning, a washer/dryer, propane BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower perfect after a beach day. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, and essentials.

Please Note: 4WD is required beyond the neighborhood area to reach the home. Dock access, tennis court, and community pool are currently unavailable due to ongoing HOA reconstruction. Golf cart rentals are available on the island (none provided onsite). Additional HOA paperwork is required to finalize reservations. Reservations under 5 nights incur a higher nightly rate. Add 12% tax, cleaning fee, $500 refundable deposit, and 3% credit card fee (checks welcome to avoid the fee).

Located between Sarasota and Fort Myers, Palm Island is a bridgeless barrier island reached by car ferry or private boat-a peaceful retreat of sandy paths, turquoise waters, and laid-back island living.
