Amenities include satellite WiFi, air conditioning, 75 inch Smart TV, books, games, cornhole, darts, hammock, beach chairs and towels, kayak, two paddleboards, and community dock for boats up to 24 feet.
Bird's Nest, our sister property next door, is available for larger groups-rent both to accommodate up to 13 guests and receive a discount. Golf cart rentals available on island (not included). Boat-only access via water taxi or private boat. Rates subject to 12% tax, cleaning and reservation fees. $500 refundable deposit required.
