Welcome to BAY HAVEN this 3-bedroom 1-bath home is directly on the bay! Bring your boat and cruise right up and prepare for relaxation. You will feel right at home in the well-appointed kitchen with granite counter tops. The family room is comfortable with a 60 inch smart TV for your viewing pleasure. This property does offer satellite TV, internet and a PC on site for guest use. You will find a king bed in the master, queen in the guest room and bunk beds in the 3rd. The enormous deck extends from the house to the Bay. Plenty of room for larger boats. Fresh water and electricity at the dock. Wake up and watch the sun come up over Placida Bay. Beautiful, tranquil and world class fishing can all be yours. Its a short walk to the beach when you are ready to take in our outstanding Gulf sunsets. Please note this is a BOAT ONLY ACCESS ISLAND.
