Inside, the open living space is bright, airy, and designed for relaxed coastal living. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while the loft area offers two queen-size beds, making this home ideal for couples, friends, or families seeking a peaceful beachfront getaway. Guests will enjoy the easy beach access, an updated screened lanai with water views, a spacious open living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to the community pool, grill, and picnic areas. The community dock is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and there is a deeded beach access walkway. Mainland parking and ferry service are available for convenient island access. Please note that a golf cart is not included, though rentals are available on the island. This home is accessible only by ferry or private boat, offering a quiet,car-free island experience. Whether you are searching for quiet sunsets, shell-filled beaches, or a true escape from everyday life, this is the perfect place to unwind and recharge.
