Inside, the bright, open living area creates a relaxed setting for gathering after a day at the beach, while the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, and the loft offers two queen-size beds, providing comfortable accommodation for couples, friends, or families. Guests also enjoy deeded beach access and use of the community pool, grills, picnic areas, and community dock, which is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Smoking and pets are not permitted.

Mainland parking and ferry service make island access convenient. Please note that a golf cart is not included, although rentals are available on the island. Accessible only by ferry or private boat, this quiet, car-free retreat is perfect for anyone seeking beautiful sunsets, shell-filled beaches, and a memorable escape from everyday life.
