Stunning views welcome you from both the second and third story balconies. Enjoy the day while watching the world float by. No need for a car, this is a golf cart island with no commercial development. Guests have plenty of space to spread out in this 3 bedroom 3 bath home. The baths on the 2nd level are 2 half baths that share a shower though lockable doors. WiFi acess available. TV's offer streaming options with no local stations. Third floor master retreat offers the convenience of a complete kitchen and living room. Happy Hour up in the copula is calling. Grab your favorite beverage and take in the panoramic sights. It is just delightful...Prefer to bring your own boat? Dock space upto 30 feet is available with owners permission. Propane grill. This is a BOAT ONLY ACCESS ISLAND.

There is great fishing to be had in Placida Harbor for Snook, Trout, Redfish, Snapper and more, and in the world famous Boca Grande Pass you can try your hand at Tarpon fishing.
